EUB mode is a low-level interface for devices equipped with Exynos SoCs. This mode is similar to the Emergency Download Mode (EDL), which is available for Qualcomm SoCs. In EUB mode, we currently support Samsung and Vivo devices. Most procedures have to be done using testpoints, and work up to the latest security patches.
For the majority of devices, you will have to use hardware testpoints. Our extensive testpoint collection can be found here. For a handful of devices, we support "Switch to EUB" which will allow you to boot up your device to EUB mode without disassembling your device.
If you are using testpoints you will have two methods to connect your device. A guide can be found in this help document.
In Exynos's EUB mode, our software Chimera offers a range of essential functions to enhance device management and security. You can easily Remove FRP to bypass factory reset protection and gain access to your device. Additionally, Remove MDM allows you to eliminate mobile device management restrictions, providing greater control over your phone. With the CSC Change feature, you can modify your device's carrier settings. Furthermore, the Remove Lost Mode function helps you unlock devices that have been marked as lost, and the Read Codes capability enables you to retrieve important unlocking codes. Beyond these, Chimera also includes a variety of other powerful features to support comprehensive device management.
